Christmas Tree Part 2

Drew, Molly, Emma and Katie
It has somehow become a tradition (well this is year 2) that all of the grandkids help Poppy and Grandmom decorate their tree.  We picked a night and the kids and I went down to Collingswood for some fun.  Mike, Kelly, Emma and Molly, Gram, PopPop, Aunt Paulette and Cousin Stevan all came over to help.

Grandmom's job was to hand out the ornaments.

I love watching them put up the decorations because almost all of them are old decorations that we had made or bought growing up that my mom has kept over the years.  Many of them have such special memories and it is fun to tell the kids about them.
HA HA HA.

Does anyone else have this reindeer clothespin ornament?  Mine only has one eye left!

Aunt Kelly had the kids do a fun craft after the tree was decorated.  The kids made Christmas trees out of icing, candy and ice cream cones.  What a fun mess!

Aunt Paulette helped Katie with her icing.
So fun.

A very messy Katie being held by Aunt Kelly!

We also went to Shady Brook Farm to see their annual Holiday Light Show.  Grandmom, Poppy, Uncle Mike, Aunt Kelly, Emma, Molly, Drew, Katie and myself all piled into Uncle Mike's minivan and drove through the light show looking at all of the decorations and lights.  Everyone had fun pointing out their favorite one and we all decided to end the night by visiting Friendly's for ice cream!

Check out the pigtails on Katie!

Yum!
